Debbie van Beers’ notary practice is centred around real estate conveyancing, mortgages and personal planning. She enjoys meeting clients and helping them when buying and selling land, writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and signing Declarations and Travel Consent Letters. Debbie was commissioned as a Notary Public in 2004.

She owned a notary practice in Enderby for 12 years then took on the role of a staff notary in Kelowna for 5 years preceding her current role as staff notary at Pacific Station Notaries. Debbie brought to her notary practice a depth of knowledge acquired from 25 years of experience working for lawyers and notaries. Debbie is the recipient of the Stanley Nichol Award re Notarial Procedures and the Sauder School of Business Award re Conveyancing Exam.
