Travel Consent Letters
Only the parent or parents who are not travelling need to sign the Consent Letter. The parent(s) must have valid photo ID with them when they come in to sign.
We offer the following options:
1.) If you complete and submit our online version below, the fee is $85.00 to edit the consent letter and take your signature.
2.) If you bring in a completed letter, our standard notarization fee of $75.00 will apply.
Notarizations
We accept walk-in notarizations on Tuesday afternoons between 1 and 3 pm. This is for simple notarizations such as Statutory Declarations, Affidavits and certified copies. For all other notarization requests, please call or e-mail for pricing and an appointment.
