In keeping with the recommendations of public health officials regarding COVID-19, we are limiting our in-office appointments to only those required to close pending real estate or mortgage transactions as we try to do our part to practice social distancing. Where possible, we can also arrange to meet via Zoom to complete those transactions.
We are also booking virtual appointments where appropriate for Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. We may also be able to discuss your Will, Power of Attorney or Representation Agreement with you over the phone, but signing appointments for all estate-planning documents will be delayed until further notice.
We are not presently doing any notarizations in our office unless something is of an urgent nature.
